Foreshore Precinct - Police
Further along the Esplanade on the corner Ponape Street and the Esplanade stands the Police Station with the original Police Cells at the rear. This building dates from 1879 the officer in charge was Constable LeLievre. The Station is still used as the current Police Station however the Cells are no longer used.
